The answer to What is mesomorph?

To start, mesomorph is one of the three types of somatotypes.

Somatotypes are body types.

Lenus | Mesomorphs

Mesomorphs are athletic people with developed muscles. This means that have solid torso and shoulders with a narrower waist.

So, people with this somatotype is strong. And although they are not overweight, they aren’t underweight neither. Or at least shouldn’t be.

Since they are athletic, they can eat without worrying about gaining or losing weight because they have a great metabolism.

But this isn’t great. This somatotype tends to go with extreme muscles, so you should find a balance which is what I explain in [Can somatotypes influence our health?].
