2. Fruits and vegetables
Ideally, a healthy body should eat 5 fruits a day, so the best way to start your day is by eating a fruit. You can also prepare juices like orange juice which helps strengthen your immune system to avoid getting sick.
You can prepare salads which you can eat with bread as a sandwich which helps cleanse the body and improve digestion. Definitely add fruits and vegetables to your meals is another of the healthy habits you can get to improve your health and general welfare.
